Great customer service both from the on-site folks doing the work and Shelly Huang who helped coordinate everything, who was able to coordinate quick changes in the service items I had ordered.

Carpet clean was done fairly quickly considering the length of the stairs and such, and produced wonderful results in the bedrooms. They even explained some technical details relating to past stains that was pretty informative.

Dome Cleaning was recommended by my condo association manager as I was preparing for an extensive window replacement. Four really strong, nice guys arrived on time and went from room to room, moving furniture away from window areas, relocating chairs to the master closet, standing an office sofa up against the wall, and on and on. And they also bagged a bunch of stuff and made a trip to the dump with assorted items that needed to go. Courteous, kind, helpful young men. Looking forward to seeing them return when I have the pleasure of putting my home back in order. I whole heartedly recommend Dome Cleaning! Maybe they’ll tackle my garage in the future!

Today, a few weeks after the above job, Dome Cleaning sent Eric and Jordan to my home to return my furniture and other things back to normal, because the window job is done (and beautiful, I might add)! The guys did a great job moving the furniture. Jordan so kindly carried a chair up 2 flights of stairs. The most challenging job for them was to hang four 216 inch long window scarves in the dining and living rooms. The fabric is sheer and flowing and trying to drape them equally, keep the fabric on the correct side, and have the ends the same length is tedious, to say the least. Eric was the star of this job! Really appreciated his recommendations and follow-through with that job. I will be calling Dome again! Thank you, Eric and Jordan!
